A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Backend Rails Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Identifying process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Owning projects of increasing complexity from end-to-end
Delivering fully tested, high performing code
Qualifications Include:

Experience with Git and GitHub for version control
Experience with MySQL, Postgres, or MSSQL
5 years of Ruby on Rails software development
Experience using iterative and incremental methods and TDD and/or BDD
Strong understanding of systems architecture, database design, and the Ruby language
Ability to own features from technical design through completion
