Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our web application using Ruby on Rails, React.js, and other modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement robust and scalable solutions to enhance our platform's capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
  • Handle complex technical issues related to web app development & provide solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and implement design patterns that help us scale.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and proactively suggest improvements for our web applications.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of React.js and experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and delivery approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver on all aspects of software projects in an operational environment.
