Description: We are currently seeking a talented software engineer to work on a bug fixing project for a 4-6 month contract. This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must be able to work during EST hours.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled software engineer to work on a bug fixing project for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Typescript, and Postgres DB. Experience with Java, Objective-C, and Flutter would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Work on 70 bug fixes for the duration of the 4-6 month contract
• Address duplicate data issues, reindex, and clear old data
• Fix 20 cosmetic website bugs
• Fix lots of flow bugs
• Reduce 100's of GB of Data to about 1-2 GB

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Typescript, and Postgres DB
• Java, Objective-C, and Flutter experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work during EST hours (8-5)

This is a contract position with a pay rate of $45-$49 per hour, with the potential for more if the candidate is efficient. The candidate will have the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as they can work during EST hours.
