Hello Labs is seeking experienced full-time, part-time, and freelancer talent to add to our software development team. Founded in 2002, Hello Labs is a small B2B company of 15 employees building software systems for wireless carriers in the United States known as MVNOs. All positions in the company are 100% work from home which is how we’ve operated for the past several years.
The software platform manages all of the mobile consumer activity like billing, payments, ordering, inventory and much more. The work we do is fairly specialized and complex but as a company, we do our best to create an enjoyable environment with friendly colleagues and open communication where people feel appreciated.

ResponsibilitiesDiscuss, understand, code, and test new features. These can range from small front-end changes to multi-month backend integrations with third-party API.
Work with account support and the client to troubleshoot and fix reported bugs.
Full time developers will eventually be asked to be on call for truly emergency situations once they are proficient enough to help.
Work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are flexible should you need to change your schedule but we like to generally be online at the same time.
3+ Years of Ruby on Rails or similar experience building backend web services using another MVC web framework such as Rails, Django, Laravel, etc.
Proficiency with an frontend framework Ember.js, React, or similar Javascript Framework
