Description: •3-10 years of experience •Strong experience developing applications with SQL •Very strong experience documenting applications built in SQL and Ruby/Ruby on Rails •Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, additional coding experience in Ruby is preferred •Previous industry experience in utilities is preferred but not requir
