Akkodis is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer for a Contract to hire position with a client located in Austin, TX. Looking for applicants with a solid background in Ruby, JavaScript, and CSS.

Pay Range: $65-$80/hr

Relocation assistance may be provided

Ruby on Rails Developer job responsibilities include:

• Participate in solution collaboration
• Actively participate in retrospectives
• Take a lead on new feature development
• Refactoring code and assisting in managing technical debt
• Providing code reviews and guidance for other members of the team

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a software engineer deploying production code
• Proficiency in writing Ruby, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience contributing to automated testing suites
