Requirements:

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience developing in Ruby on Rails
* Candidates must be able to solve Algorithms problems using Ruby
* Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns

* Experience with RESTful APIs

* Experience working in test-driven environment

* Comfortable doing paired programming and extreme programming
