As a developer on our team, youll help them do that daily.Customers who trust us to inspire these developers include Amazon, Google, TechCrunch, Microsoft, Atlassian, Facebook, Block.one, DocuSign, Twitter, Snapchat, many startups and non-profits, and more. Developers and designers you've worked with think highly of you and your work.As a web developer on our small team, you'll have a huge impact on all of our current and future projects. You'll contribute to product design, implementation, deployment, refinement, and maintaining production.For the past several years, you've been: Creating production software (3+ years), with at least 2 of those years creating web applications in Ruby on Rails or similar Using practices to improve code quality and reduce bugs (e.g. code reviews, automated tests) Treating software engineering as a craft and exploring it outside of your day jobWe'd Like to See: Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining web applications Comfort with a server-side MVC framework (e.g. Ruby on Rails, Django, etc.) Ability to write clean, readable code Comfort with relational and/or non-relational databases Attention to software development fundamentals Track record of collaboration and leadership in agile software methodologiesBonus Points: Experience with infrastructure configurations and maintenance Comfortable with macOS and unix based operating systems Experience with modern front-end technologies, libraries and frameworks (e.g. ES6, Vue.js/React, etc.) Evidence of community involvement, i.e. open source contributions on Github, StackOverflow questions/answers, SlideShare presentations, Devpost portfolio showcasing your projectsSalary and Benefits: Competitive Salary Stock Options Great BenefitsThe position is for full-time employment.
