Job Description

We are a profitable startup, high-level team, and we are on a mission to change the way brands connect with consumers. We're looking for a solid engineer that enjoys having major ownership in our product and company, dislikes bureaucracy and loves coming up with creative ideas to find solutions to our toughest problems! (We also work remotely up to 3 days a week!)

Who We Are:

We have built a survey-powered monetization platform that rewards users with virtual currency in exchange for a little bit of their time. Founded in 2013, we have over 2 million monthly active users who have completed nearly 1 million surveys. We are backed by reputable VC's and prominent angel investors. We currently have ~3.5 million monthly active users and 6 million survey completes. And unlike some companies, transparency is a huge part of our company culture. Full disclosure on all key performance metrics -- revenue, profits, fundraising, etc. At our current stage, no one is kept in the dark.

We're Headquartered in San Carlos and we use a variety of open source languages and frameworks -- Ruby (Rails), Javascript (Backbone, jQuery), Objective-C (iOS), Java (Android).

As a key engineer on our team, you'll be working alongside our co-founders, and you'll be touching everything and anything in our code and company. You're not just a cog in the machine. We want you to pick your project and run with it, and use any method or form you can think of to solve day to day challenges. We'll offer you a generous portion of equity and competitive market rates.
