More joy, less code. Convention over configuration. The whole bit. You've got to be a stellar thinker who knows how move from brainstorm to prototype quick—it's all about momentum. You've got to be willing to change more than you love your code—mistakes are good, rapid iteration is great. You need to be articulate and a good writer—so that the whole team gets it.
