RoR with a startup

We are a startup in the salary research segment that is currently in deep development phrase. If you are comfortable in completing task on a timely manner, communicates constantly with the team, has experience working with huge database record set. You might be the person that we are looking for.

You will be developing features and requirements that we have set out for our alpha launch. Payment is per job. We set the hours we think you need to get the job done per requirements and the compensation is calculated from the hourly compensation.

A little bit about us:
We are an early stage startup with the need to engage a Ruby on Rails programmer to make Payscroll the number 1 site for salary research! You will be working with data (over 500,000 records of Salary/Job profiles) and other features that we have planned for the site.

Just a quick background on what we are doing. Payscroll.com is targetting the job search market that are searching for the "How much am I worth?" question. We hope to help our target users and be the place to go to for salary information and research. At most salary information site, you can only get a general breakdown of statistics of various positions within a locale. Payscroll will allow users to see salary information associated with most US companies.
