Upgrade 1 form Rails app from 2.2.2 to 3.0 - Respond asap

Greetings!

We need immediate proposals. We will decide on a contractor within days. Thanks.

Completion of this job will take a 13 field contact form, currently implemented in Rails 2.2.2 and Ruby 1.8, and:

* convert it to Rails 3 (release candidate) and Ruby 1.9
* create a new view from a provided html sample
* add JQuery/AJAX client side form validation to match existing server side validation.
* clean up and optimize all code
* write unit, functional, and Cucumber integration tests (no tests currently exist)

Details:

- Page is secure (https)
- Currently using plugins :simple_captcha, :ssl_requirement, :human_attribute_override (frozen into app)

We will provide:

Current Rails app, including view, model, and controller code, schema, configuration, frozen plugins and Rails code.

HTML/CSS sample for new view.
Successful form processing will redirect to static thank you page.

You will provide:
The new Rails app with frozen plugins and Rails code, including unit tests and functional tests, + cucumber integration tests.

Identity of client must be kept confidential. (This work not for portfolios, but we will happily be a reference.)
