- Approximately 3 to 5 years coding experience
- Proven experience with automated Web-application testing and manual testing
- Have worked with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, RSpec
- Agile software development experience (e.g. XP, Scrum)
- 2+ years Ruby on Rails experience
- Proven competency with JavaScript and AJAX scripting
- Commercial experience with XHTML and CSS
- Understanding of web and application servers
- Experience with ANT, Maven or Rake
- Good knowledge of source code control with Git, SVN or similar
- Familiar with object oriented analysis and design
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering
