Ruby on Rails Team Lead

We are looking for someone who can lead a handful of developers. If you are a hands-on developer who likes to get stuff done, but who also can juggle the workstacks and priorities of a few other experienced developers to ensure that their features get completed on time – we should talk.

You'll report to the Director of Technology and work closely with the other Rails Team Leads and engineers to collectively deliver much needed features to the business, release after release.

- Significant experience with RoR projects/web development
- Experience with agile/scrum development processes
- Have lead development teams before
- Ability to work in a small, geographically-distributed team using collaboration tools (Skype, IM, email, mingle)
