You're a developer looking to help build a biz and change the world

You're a Ruby on Rails developer who wants to join an experienced, funded, four-person team working to helps donors take control of their charitable giving. This is a big opportunity to have an impact - you'll be the second developer on the team. You'll play a huge role in shaping the product, technical architecture, and company culture.

You're smart, get things done, practice TDD and agile development, love simple products, working in small teams, enjoy iterating quickly, and have launched a commercial site in RoR & mySQL. You'd rather run an A/B test and decide based on those metrics than argue for an hour. You're familiar with customer development and enjoy testing your assumptions to serve customers better.

You think in code, stay current with tech trends, love shipping products, and have a thirst for learning. You'll be working closely with our awesome VP Eng on full time development of our v1 product, which is launching soon.

Over here, we're vets of Bodog, ESPN, and MySpace, and we've got deep domain knowledge of and connections in the charitable sector.
