Ruby on Rails Front-End Developer

You’re a web programmer that’s passionate about igniting webapps. We’re an innovative online media company changing the face of home improvement.

Reporting to the CTO, with a particular emphasis on Controller and View you’ll work as the glue between standards compliant html and the suite of models, libraries and plugins on our back-end. Your excellent knowledge of DOM, jQuery, Rails Helpers and front end testing methodologies will take our tight and fun team to the next level.

* 1-3 years experience working with Ruby on Rails, HAML, jQuery, Prototype
* Very solid JS skills
* Experience with SVN
* Attention to Detail

Responsibilities
* Interact with our Product Dev team to carve out agile releases
* Take fully compliant HTML, bringing them to life with rails controllers and views, using jQuery as the library of choice.
* Write front end tests that validate the ui is functioning as expected
