-Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails (2yr+)
-Proven track record with high-traffic sites
-Familiarity with agile software methodologies – able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment
-Strong commitment to quality
-Thorough understanding of software testing

-Performance profiling/tuning in a high traffic environment
-JQuery experience
-Working with third party API’s
