Minimum Requirements in Years:

1. Ruby on Rails (RoR); 50/50 front and backend development

2. Agile, scrum experience. Test with Cucumber and Test::Unit

2. CSS, HTML, Javascript, enjoy doing full stack work

Desired Proficiencies in Years:

1. Python, django, HAML, Sass, ASP concepts

2. We are big contributors to the open source community, so would be great to have people part of the OpenSource community as well

3. OOP, AOP, TDD, Scrum, Test::Unit, git, buildbot, Capistrano, TextMate, rake, VMWare, OSX, Linux, Consumer web site development
