We're looking for an individual to help make our sites into a stylish Web2.0 look.

We are looking to work with solo consultants who would like to work with our clients.

Requirements:

- 5+yrs of (STRICT X)HTML/CSS

- 3+yr JavaScript/AJAX

- 2+yr of Ruby on Rails exposure

- 2+yr of Flash, Actionscript exposure a plus

- Exposure to open source and AJAX/JavaScript frameworks e.g. scriptaculous

- Intuitive Web page layout and site navigation skills

- In-Depth knowledge of cross-browser/OS design issues

- Have worked on complex, published, Web 2.0 web sites

- Have a keen balance between UI design elegance and code simplicity

- Understands concepts of reuse and knows how to build components
