Responsibilities:
• Work with a cross-functional team in a Agile software development environment
• Deliver high-quality software on a frequent basis
• Interact with project stakeholders to develop and refine requirements
• Collaborate with other software professionals to design and implement software applications
• Reverse engineer and re-factor existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Act as team mentor in advanced techniques and positive team behavior
• Solid ability to inspire team productivity in a positive and supportive manner

Required Skills: |
• BS with MS preferred, in CS, Information Technology or other scientific/linguistic fields or equivalent development experience
• 5+ years experience developing software in an object-oriented language like C++, Java, ActionScript 3, or Ruby
• 1+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and application domains
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with talented professionals
• Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly growing software organization
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Creative, positive outlook in facing hard problems and short time frames
