In this role, you will have ownership of critical functionality related to the CustomInk platform, and work collaboratively on continuous innovation to ensure we deliver an optimal Web experience for our customers. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

- Minimum of 2+ years professional experience in designing and developing public-facing Web applications. More experience is great.

- Ability to contribute to our Ruby code base on day one, and direct experience with Ruby on Rails framework

- Deep commitment to test driven development, and examples of how you've incorporated it into recent projects

- Demonstrated and documented interest in dynamic Web languages, evolving frameworks, and other progressive technologies that could be applied to improving the CustomInk Web experience

- Well qualified candidates should also have direct experience with the following Apache, Java, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, SQL
