As a Lead Agile tester you will:

- Steer a team of agile testers, developers and business users towards collaborative, cohesive testing that results in the highest quality software
- Foster an environment where automated integration and GUI tests are comprehensive in ensuring the quality of a large scale system
- Suggest new tools and processes for the team
- Educate and mentor other team members on testing practices and tools
- Design tests that clearly convey the business rules and code they are checking, so that both business users and developers can understand their intentions
- Design test plans collaboratively with developers and business users early on in the iteration so as to guide development
- Continuously ask questions of both developers and business users to ensure the test suite is truly comprehensive
- Perform exploratory testing of new and existing features
- Work with developers to more easily create automated GUI and integration tests.
- Ensure team is writing consistent business logic, enterprise wide

We are looking for you if you have:
- Solid experience working on an Agile team
- Experience using test automation frameworks such as Robot, Cucumber, JMeter, and Selenium
- Experience using continuous integration build tools
- The ability to make cost/benefit analysis of proposed solutions for automated testing strategies
- An understanding of the principles in creating easily modifiable and extensible automated tests
- A thorough understanding of TDD and how it applies to agile testing
- The ability to write object oriented code at a basic level
- The confidence to ask the tough questions necessary to ensure continuous improvement
- The ability to write and understand basic SQL queries to perform data verification and set up test data
- The courage to drive exploratory testing to find better ways to produce high-quality software
- An interest in working alongside the development team, including occasional pairing
- Some comfort with working in a Linux command line environment
