Seeking Ridicu- (And Uber-Ridicu-) Talented Rails Hackers

Seeking a couple of ridicu-talented Rails developers for various, ongoing projects.

You'll be working with a small core group of other ridicu-talented Rails hackers whom you'll almost assuredly learn from and enjoy hanging out with.

We work mostly offsite, chatting on IRC all the time, occasionally skyping and less frequently meeting up at coffeeshops for group hacking and meeting up when everyone needs/wants orientation on a given project. ** If you're not in/around Metro Detroit, you could work entirely in a telecommute capacity.

The amount of work available could fluxuate between 10 and 60 hours a week. And although you're welcome to put in as many hours as you'd feel comfortable, we'd love for you to dump hours into a project when the pipeline's open.

Ridicu-talent could more accurately be defined as having mastered or being strongly proficient in most if not all of the following areas:

Ruby
Rails
Git
Vim (because it eats emacs alive and then has nano for dessert)
HAML/SASS
Unix Command Line
Implementing well-devised rubygems instead of reinventing the wheel
Communicating REALLY well with team members
Self-managing
Self-motivating
Getting Geared Up for Deadlines

Those who are Uber-riducu-talented (who may not exist but we wanted to ask anyway) would also have experience/interest/hardcore skill in the following:

UI Design
Wireframes
Clean, Professional Sense of Graphic Design
Pixel Perfection
XHTML/CSS
Leet
