HARDCORE RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER

We are searching for freelance Ruby on Rails Developers to work on several staffing projects.

- Solid Ruby on Rails experience
- Significant object-oriented programming experience
- Web 2.0 Experience
- Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, Prototype, HTML, CSS
- Use of source control tools
- Strong background with Databases such as MySQL including Database optimization, drawn an ERD, etc.
- Able to work under Windows/Linux
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Creative and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly committed
- Passion for programming
