Junior Ruby on Rails Web Developer

Spritle is a distributed agile software development company specializing in Ruby on Rails, Enterprise Java, Flex 3 and related technologies. Spritle, a recent startup is doing good with business since Jan 2009.

We are getting very busy with projects and we are looking for one junior Ruby on Rails web applications developer.

Atleast 1 year of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
Javascript (JQuery/Prototype and other flavors)
Good experience in understanding and developing Web application/ Web 2.0 based applications
Experience MySQL/Postgresql
B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA or Proof that you can do excellent coding.
XHTML/CSS
Creative and team player

Know and practice TDD/BDD (Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development)
Linux experience
Knowledge on Agile/XP/Scrum
Clean code practice
Subversion/GIT
