Full-Time RoR UI Assassin

We have a mid-size RoR/mySQL web app 6 months into development & we've screwed around too much with guys who claim to be RoR UI developers.

We have 2 killer programmers on the back end, but we need to sexify the UI big time.

You have to be able to bring some great creativity rather than just being told what to do (common sense, right?).

This is a telecommuting position & we'd love to have you long term (1 year+) if it's a good relationship.

We need a serious, proven all-star to build a hot, clean, elegant, simple, Web 2.0 RoR front end.

Of course, code must be super clean too.
