RoR contract work for indiv. or small team to convert existing LAMP app

Over the past year, my firm has developed a complex, mature web app in PHP. We are now evaluating the possibility of rewriting it from scratch in Ruby on Rails.

We are looking for an individual or small team of developers to achieve this, with an emphasis on speed and economic value.

- Ruby on Rails
- LAMP
- Authorize.net, Versign, LinkPoint, or other ecommerce API
- Familarity with Movable Type or other CMS
- Speed and availability to see project through

UNIX shell experience and working knowledge of Subversion, SVN or other source control systems a strong plus.
