Position: Ruby on Rails Developer

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to hands on development, defining requirements, identifying milestones, managing timelines, attending meetings, leading and managing the offshore development team, and reviewing code.
- Leading and managing the offshore development team
- Implementation of test driven coding and unit tests
