Skills and Background - Required:

# At least 4 years' experience developing cross-browser, published
websites. Please provide examples.

# Experience with Javascript, AJAX, JSON, XML, CSS, DHTML and hand-coded HTML.

# Familiarity with at least one server-side language - ex Ruby, PHP, PERL.

# Familiarity with MySQL database development.

# Use of Agile methodologies

# Experience with Adobe Photoshop and working with web graphic elements.

# Ability to self-manage projects.
# Ability to work semi-independently in a team-oriented atmosphere
where close. and effective coordination with other professionals is
essential for success.
# Strong understanding of human factors, usability, accessibility.
# Advocate of the User Experience.
# Ability to work with remote resources.
# Team approach, can do attitude.
# Ability to help brainstorm, guide process creation/change to support
ever-increasing complexity.

Bonus Skills:
# Experience with Adobe Flash, and Actionscript.
# Experience with template engines that integrate into current MVC
application frameworks (i.e. Joomla)
# Experience developing information intense applications using
rich-media user-interfaces Ajax, Flash, Flex Charting, SVG.
