Ruby Developer - Agile

Ruby Developer (Ruby on Rails / RoR). Bright, passionate Ruby developers sought by award winning technology focussed company based in Central London (voted number 1 place to work with Ruby in Europe). You will design and develop new features in an Agile development environment, using pair programming, two week sprint cycles and daily Scrum meetings. You will also have time allocated on a weekly basis to dedicate to personal projects and explore new and emerging technologies to feed back to the open source community.

Requirements:
They are seeking open source enthusiasts to join their talented team and are currently recruiting for multiple Ruby on Rails Developers due to growth (from 35k at mid-level to 55k at senior level), therefore they will consider junior / graduate candidates, up to senior level developers (experienced). You will be enthusiastic about technology with a passion for Ruby on Rails and developing top quality code with some experience of working in an Agile development environment and with Web 2.0 framework.
