We are looking for business analysts to join our team in building out a next generation web application that WORKS! and is desperately waited to be launched by our investors.

We believe in work hard and play hard attitude and very much respect a healthy work life balance culture. Below is a list few things that you will be doing other than having to wear an Ugly orange HAT on publishing a buged story.

• Working closely with the business to identify, determine and prioritize the application features for each iteration
• Documenting, defining and reviewing detailed business requirements
• Conducting the tasking & estimation sessions with the developers
• Creating and maintaining stories with well defined acceptance criterias
• Shepherding requirements through all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment)
• Signing off on the developed story to ensure its consistency with the story definition
• Maintaining the story boards & Wiki.

Qualifications:
• Experience with requirements gathering and developing detailed functional requirements for OO, multi-tier applications
• Good communication & documentation skills.
• Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile experience is a MUST
