We are looking for front end developers to join our team in building out a next generation web application that WORKS! and is desperately waited to be launched by our investors.

We believe in work hard and play hard attitude and very much respect a healthy work life balance culture. Below is a list few things that you will be doing working with us other than having fun and wearing an ugly ORANGE HAT on breaking the build.

Responsibilities:
• Transforming the comps(photoshop) into reusable HTML/Css templates.
• Creating rich internet features using javascript and CSS
• Front end performance analysis ensuring web facets are rendered in minimum number of http requests.
• Contribute to the Tasking and estimation sessions and closely estimate the time required to build out the front end based on the comp reviews

Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge and experience in XHTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with popular java script libraries is required
• Ability to create rich internet applications
• Prototype and scriptaculous is a must.
• Strong understanding and practical use of semantic markup
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform web development
• Ability to accurately transform wire frames design creative into functional pages and templates.
• Experience with image optimization and image editing is a plus
• Front end rails experience is a plus. (creating partials, layouts and erb files)
• This position requires highly detailed oriented person who is pixel perfect
• Flex is a plus.
• Agile experience is a plus
