We are looking for ruby on rails developers to join our team in building out a next generation web application that WORKS! and is desperately waited to be launched by our investors.

We believe in work hard and play hard attitude and very much respect a healthy work life balance culture. Below is a list few things that you will be doing working with us other than having fun and wearing an ugly ORANGE HAT on breaking the build.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement stories for each iteration
• Call out dependencies and risks in the early phase of development
• Assist in tasking and estimation sessions.
• Creating migration scripts and adhering to the coding standards laid out

Qualifications:
• 2 to 4 years of experience building a 3 tier web application
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with java, struts, spring and hibernate.
• Experience working with build tools like lunt, cruise control and subversion repository is a must.
• Experience with mysql database
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Experience with linux is a must
• Agile experience is a plus
