Significant experience with PHP / PERL
Exposure to Ruby on Rails a plus
Extensive experience with javascript / CSS / AJAX and web services
Knowledge of HTML / DOM / XML or JSON
Knowledge of cross-browser (IE, Firefox, Safari) functionality implementation issues
Knowledge of OO best practices
Experience building highly scalable UIs for consumer and/or business web applications
Understanding of SQL and relational databases
Online Advertising industry experience a plus
