Rails Engineer

Client is seeking a Rails Engineer to help invent the next generation of social media tools. This is a great opportunity to work with a small, closely knit team who are passionate about their work. The candidate will ideally have a strong programming background with some experience (and a lot of interest) in using Ruby and Rails.

Requirements

* Background in OO design and development
* Experience with Ruby On Rails
* 4+ years of experience with an OO language (C++/Java/Ruby/etc.)
* Experience building high traffic web sites a plus
* Self motivated and passionate about their work
