Ruby Developer

We are looking for a new member of our small team of developers and designers. You will be working under the guidance of senior developers to create web applications using Rails and Ruby.

You will participate in all aspects of software development, from setting up and maintaining source control, automated testing, and continuous integration environments, to using your skills in the creation of web applications.

We are looking for people who are passionate about their craft and excited about learning new technologies. We expect that you'll grow into a senior role and be given more responsibilities.

* Enthusiastic about Ruby
* Ruby on Rails experience
* At least one year of experience developing web applications in any language/framework
* Familiarity with HTML and CSS
* Interest in JavaScript and JQuery
* Good knowledge of Unix environments, Linux/OS X
* Keen to use Agile methodologies and tools

* Unix system administration experience
* OO and Behavior Driven Design (BDD) experience
* Experience with Continuous Integration using CruiseControl
* Git or Subversion experience
* Experience with RSpec, Shoulda or other BDD frameworks
