We are looking for a lead architect/CTO to round out our senior leadership team, help us build cutting-edge technology and play a vital management role in the product development process... from vision through launch using Agile/SCRUM (outsourced development partner). | Required Skills: | > Heaps of professional web programming, database and architecture experience: Ruby, PHP, C++, Java, AJAX, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Prototype > VERY strong (2+ years) expertise with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Rails 2.1, REST APIs > Expert in Linux/UNIX, MySQL (complex databases & tuning knowledge) > Proven Agile/SCRUM leadership experience > Experience managing geo-distributed development teams, both on permanent and project basis. |
| Desired skills: | > Interest in user interfaces and overall user experience > Proven experience building and scaling production level, multi-tenant web apps with 250k-plus user base. > Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent required, Masters/Phd. is a plus...smart is good. > Previous start-up, early stage experience (winners a plus) Feel Free to Show Off ...
