Tech Co-Founder/ Chief Engineer/web app developer / (CTO title possibly available) Wanted:

Blue Ocean Unusual Consumer Internet Startup Needs Talented Senior Web Developer/Tech Cofounder/chief engineer. Whatever your title, you would be expected to complete coding of the prototype or demo to be presented asap to several large health insurance companies who have already expressed strong interest.

WHO WE ARE: We are not a dating site, but very much about love, for couples who want to keep their love alive, strengthen it, and in most cases, simply save it. And we are a very unique idea, based on a conceptual advance, whose time has come. After all, we have more tools today to manage our eBay transactions than to manage our own most important relationship.

We are the next step in the internet revolution: from social networking
(creating relationships) to saving, enhancing, and strengthening those
relationships

WHAT WE HAVE GOING FOR US:
. Alpha proof of concept is already produced with strong reviews from nearly 100 couples.

. Strong Marketing and Business Plan and PowerPoint, with a dedicated researcher/outreach director/office manager/site-tester housewife-mother (representative of our demographic)

. Three seriously interested Health Insurance potential partners (e.g. men in long lasting happy marriages have 40% less heart disease)

. Only real competitor is making $5M/mo with much weaker model.
. Given infancy of the market and lack of real competition, we could be huge.

. This startup was founded by an experienced PhD (Harvard/UC Berkeley) entrepreneur, to attack a clearly defined and huge virtually untapped market opportunity - marriage/committed relationships.
. Several strong quasi viral marketing tools, and perfect fit widgets for FaceBook
. Flow chart, 6pp must have feature overview, and 52 pp detailed use case function document. There will be NO feature creep

QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer very fast programmer (any language OK). But also open to half time people.

Title would be commensurate with experience and completion of beta

We now need a chief engineer Tech cofounder who has done at least one impressive complex web application, who can take our Alpha web-application to the next level, incorporating innovative ways to tap user created as well as expert content.

Past experience creating professional complex web applications not just websites is necessary, ideally tapping user created content.

Core task includes generation and validation of roughly 14+ forms, with permissions ranging from the results being single user accessible to accessible to both members of a linked up couple.
We would hope eventually, when fully funded, for an ongoing relationship, but it is not necessarily a requirement.

. A reasonable eye for website design, flow and layout
. Can work fast, with a high level of self-direction.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation is significant equity and a negotiable deferred fixed fee –you will be first to be paid when seed funding is raised (two more fundable CEOs than the founder/CEO who are currently considering us might be willing to put her money into the game; but no guarantee), speed of development, and how much equity you want). Exact salary would be dependent upon speed, and current state of funding.
