I am currently searching for a number of Ruby on Rails Developers to work for a fresh, dynamic online organisation with a very exciting product. The company has a great culture and a totally unique commercial offering that I am happy to go into detail about, over the phone or face-to-face.

The company

The company is small-medium sized with around 35 employees based in its London (UK) offices and has been incredibly successful to date. The company began life focusing on the B2B market, offering services as an add-on to the websites of major e-retailers and blue chips; but with staggering success rates that have impacted click conversions by up to 800%, they are now making a major move into the B2C space.

The role

The company requires 2 x Ruby on Rails Developers to join its industry-recognised Ruby on Rails team - developers at all experience and salary levels will be considered, based on merit.

With work already underway on a major site re-design to utilise the latest Web 2.0 technologies and implement class-leading user functionality, there is a wealth of exciting, ongoing development projects, all of which are delivered using agile methods in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Why work for this company?

The company and development team are totally committed to drawing the most out of Ruby on Rails and contribute to the community through discussion forums, adding to code libraries and speaking at conferences internationally. The technical management team includes individuals that have delivered some of the highest profile internet products in the industry and are focused, not only on building a company to rival those successes but building a Ruby on Rails team that leads the profession.
