Position Description:
We are looking for another smart and passionate web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of site development experience and has a growing portfolio of engaging site. This is a great opportunity to increase the national productivity of physicians using your development skills. The position is full-time and on-site in our Palo Alto office. We have an experienced team of systems admins so you can focus on creating killer code and not keeping the mongrels alive.

Duties:
* Lead in the designing and development of components and features of the system.
* Collaborate with remote team members in the development, integration, and testing of new functionality.
* Conceptualize how new features will impact users and create innovative new solutions.
* Deliver kick ass code that delivers the results and is specified and tested for future growth.

Qualifications:
* 4+ years site design and development experience with links to your portfolio.
* 1+ years Ruby on Rails experience with strong controller & view experience.

* Strong hands-on development experience with a variety of front-side technologies like:
* jQuery, Haml, Sass, CSS, Yui, Prototype, jsapi, and have your own bag of javascript tricks.

* Experience and preference for a fast paced agile work environment were productivity is valued.
* Have a good eye for visual design and have a strong desire to polish the user experience.
* Disgust of grunt work and instinctive desire to automate repetitive tasks.
* Comfortable with Mac OS X development and Linux deployment environments
* A driven and proactive person with a desire to move the whole team ahead.
