Fynanz has created an innovative marketplace where students can get one of the most competitive rates on private student loans, by circumventing banks and receiving loans directly from individuals.

- RoR experience of 1-2 years
- You must have developed at least 1 applicaiton in Rails that we can see/demo
- You must be able to communicate in English. Limited vocabulary of if, then, else, end, etc. is fine!
- Responsible, accountable work attitude.

- Good communiction skills
- Have a student loan tha tyou are paying off (not exactly a skill, but an art)
- Have a desire to help others (in our case Students), and view being part of our team as more than just a paycheck!
