| Required Skills: | We're looking for a candidate with some real RoR experience. Preferebaly, you've been tinkering with Rails for a while and know the ins-and-outs of good Rails development. We'd like you to hit the ground running so you must have programming experience with RubyonRails and a background in web application development. Ethusiasm and excitement for life is also a must! |
| Desired skills: | CSS design skills and failiarity with AJAX integration in Rails is a plus. Extra points if you're vegetarian/vegan and know who Ken Wilber is or what 'integral' means ;) |
